The real estate investment business we are engaged in We entered the industry initially as a real estate investment company investing in residential and commercial properties. When we beg an the business, our plan was to expand into other areas of the real estate market. We incorporated this plan of future expansion in the industry in naming our business and came up with a business name that captures and portray this presence in the industry: Lodgicare Home Solutions And Services Co. Our future plan is to expand into the area of providing housing related service to homeowners and commercial property owners. Currently, we are using the real estate investment arm of our company to buy, sell, lease, and rent properties to help those seeking a home and having a hard time securing a home gain shelter and put a roof over their heads. We plan to use the real estate development arm of our company to build company owned hotels and restaurants.
